Dear Friends,
Maoz Inon is an Israeli Peace activist. Both his parents were killed on October 7th. He had two dreams soon after.
The Dream of Tears
In this dream Maoz was crying. He had been crying day and night and through his tears he could see everyone crying.
All of humanity was crying with him.
Tears washed over everyone's bodies and healed them of their wounds, making them whole again.
The tears went down to the ground and washed the blood, purifying the ground and cleansing the soil. The ground became beautiful, shining and brilliant and he could see a path. It was a Path to Peace. Maoz knew then, 'this is the path I must choose.'
A few nights later Maoz had another dream.
The Star Dream
A star was talking to him.
"Do you see me?
"Yes, I see you."
“I'm the Star of Peace. Come to me.”
"What?" Maoz asked. "How can I do that?"
“See my light? Start Walking!"
I started then, to walk the Path of Peace.
......
The morning I discovered Israel had retaliated for the attacks on October 7th I irrationally thought I should have been able to do something about it. I write about this in the afterword to my memoir, A Story About God's Wife - Bubie's Book. It is a story about inclusivity and my journey toward authentically living my path to the divine.
